White Antelope
Here are 5 songs from Robin Pecknold's (Fleet Foxes) solo project, White Antelope, where he pretty much reworks old traditional songs,(except "It Ain't Me, Babe" and "Guitar Duet") like Sam Amidon did. He claims he only records these when he has a writer's block. It's still worth listening too, especially "Silver Dagger". None of these songs have had a formal release. (I forgot to add "Katie Cruel", so I will re-up).

Jeff Tweedy- Sunken Treasure- Live in the Pac NW (2006)
For all those who may be a little disappointed with the new Wilco album, here is an audio version of the solo acoustic tracks from the Jeff Tweedy tour DVD released a few years back. Enjoy.

Helio Sequence- Keep Your Eyes Ahead (2008)
I decent album by two guys from Portland...that's it, just two people! Sometimes they sound like they stole a few melodies but overall its a pretty easy going electronically-incorporated indie album.

Subtle / ExitingARM (2008)
Experimental Hip-hop/indie-pop (supposedly genre-less) collab make a pretty good album that is all over the place. The band has had some tough luck in the past with tour van crashes, injuries, and stolen equipment, so out of sympathy this might be a record to buy. ExitingARM is also the last in the Hour Hero Yes trilogy, a character that narrates his own rise and fall. Recommended for listeners of the anticon collective.

The Twilight Sad / Here, It Never Snowed. Afterwards It Did EP (2008)
EP of mostly reworked songs from a Scottish band who you should be familiar with by now. If you don't have their debut, Fourteen Autumns and Fifteen Winters, get it. It was one of my favorite releases of last year.

Dosh / Wolves and Wishes (2008)
I haven't been able to post seeing as this week is finals. The only music I've been listening to is Miles Davis while studying. I've listened to this album once, and I liked it so I thought I would post it.
It makes me kind of mad that I worked kind of hard to find this album, and turns out if you search for Dosh on google, a mediafire file of the album comes up in the first three entries.
